Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of whole milk or Half and Half or light cream
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract or other flavoring
Put the first three ingredients into a one quart size ziplock bag. Seal tightly, but don't squeeze all the air out.
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups of small ice cubes or crushed ice
- 6 heaping teaspoons of salt--Kosher or rock salt is best
- Put the ice and salt into a one gallon size ziplock bag. Put in the one quart size ziplock bag with the ingredients. Seal the bigger bag.
- Hold the big bag by opposite diagonal corners and agitate until the contents of the inner bag freeze.
- Open the large bag and remove the small one. Wash the outside of the small one before opening. Open the small one and eat it all up.

Fill a baby food jar 2/3rd full with water that has food coloring in it. Add vegetable oil until the jar is almost full. Cap the jar and rock it back and forth.
